Information for Builders
The Planning and Development Group of the Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) is the master developer of Coral Canyon. SITLA is planning to issue a RFP for builders to build homes on currently platted and improved lots in the Highland Park subdivisions of Coral Canyon. It is anticipated that up to three builders will be offered the opportunity to enter into a participating builder agreement with the master developer.
