The Home Owners Association and the home owner's rights and obligations regarding use of the property is governed by the Amended and Restated residential Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Coral Canyon.

The amenities within Coral Canyon include a championship 18-hole Golf Course, more than 10 miles of hiking and biking trails, parks, a Village Square and a recreation center that includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a fitness center.
